the nationality is different though
but the hair is a bit off to me though they pretty much alike
maybe they're the same since it's so likely that mukuro didn't have the time to posses someone else but chrome when he was in jail

Leonardo Luppi (or something like that) was a serial killer, and ten years later, he must be near Tsuna and co's age. So I don't think than this boy it's him. I just think that Mukuro used this little guy to prove to Reborn and the other than, even if he's in jail, he is still dangerous.

It does not matter too much in the future since Mukuro can move around on his own, but in the past, it means that he could be making movements out of the Vongola's sight
