BETA: User Login/Manga Tracking

We've done some updates to system based on your feedback/suggestions.

They should be completed now and so give it another try and let us know if there are any problems.

You can also give further suggestions too and we'll see what we can do. But if the current system on beta seems to be doing ok we will try and push this live to our main site.
Hopefully the modifications will be useful.
