Tousen can see, but he don`t watch with his eyes, after all shinigami can sense reiatsu. After all he once worked with a computer in hueco mundo, loL
Sasuke48, Ulq was one who was extremally fast, Ichigo didn`t have problems with speed against other espadas in his bankai mode.

I agree, Ulquiorra was faster then ichigo bankai-hollow mode, however, ichigo was also slower then Grimmjow during there first fight, remember?

He wasn`t slower, Grimmjow just had some nice moves. Speed alone isn`t everything, those are basics of fighting, dude. There are plently of moves what can`t be avoided so easily even if you see them.

chad, ishida, rukia, and renji are main characters but they are always getting owned to make ichigo and captains (originally side characters) look better...

Things that dont make sense huh?

Well.

Ichigo defeated kenpachi without bankai or even shikai or even his holow mask!
Ichigo defeated byakuya before 200 chapters.
Ichigo since then lost to espada 5 and yet kenpachi owned him.

how the fak did that happen mister kubo?

You dont pay much attention when you read do you? right after the ichigo kenpachi fight kenpachi clearly stated that he was going to get stronger, so he did. Byakuya just gets stronger to protect his "pride".
