Long Ago, there was a demon who knew no bounds, a demon so evil & so powerful, that even Heaven trembled at the sound of it's name. Until after several years of horror & terror, a man stepped up to take the beast down. Equipped with nothing but a bow & arrows, the mans name was Gourmand Tarzana. After 3 days & 3 nights of battling, Gourmand drew his final arrow. Determined to win, Gourmand poured his heart & soul into the arrow, upon firing, the arrow pierced the demons defenses, & a giant beast appeared. After several moments the demon was swallowed whole by the beast & the arrow, never to be seen again. Gourmand was thought to all across the world as a hero, yet the battle was to much for his heart, & he died before he could see the demon defeated. This battle was recorded by the legendary scholar & philosopher: Hermetes Maki, who, making many believe Gourmand's final weapon still exists, called the power that destroyed the monster: the Legendary Fukuyomi Arrow!

Episode 1: Legend of the Fukuyomi Arrow

"Finally finished it." stated Montara, putting down a book. "What're you reading?" asked Ellie, peering over Montara's shoulder. "Aaah!" yelled Montara, jumping. "Oh Ellie, you scared me." replied Montara, settling down. Montara picked up the book showing Ellie the cover, "It's the book Hermetes Maki wrote on the battle between Gourmand & a powerful demon named Roark. The battle lasted 3 days & 3 nights, Hermetes wrote that at the same time as the battle. He made a note of every single thing that happened, like the two battling, he didn't sleep during the 3 days & nights so he get in every last detail. It's called Legend of the Fukuyomi Arrow." he explained. "What's the Fukuyomi Arrow?" asked Ellie. "You've never heard of it?! But you're an archer, how could you not have heard of it?!" asked Montara, completely surprised. Ellie removed the book just enough for Montara to see her eyes glaring at him, obviously he had made her very mad. She smacked him in the face with the book sending him flying off the chair onto his back. "Hmph" she dropped the book on the desk & started walking away, her eyes were closed & her head was tilted back a little "The same way you hadn't heard about it till you read that book." she added before slamming the door. She slammed it so hard that it caused the book, that was on the edge of the desk, to fall off of it & onto Montara's, who was still stunned from the hit & lying on the floor, face. Adding to the pain.

Montara ran out of the house trying to catch Ellie, he spotted her walking down the street. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry. But you should read that book, it's awesome." he said, running up beside her. "Ya know Montara, you amaze me sometimes." she stated, ignoring what Montara just said. "How so?" he asked, now walking beside her. "You're such an idiot." she replied. "Hey!" he yelled, suddenly stopping. Ellie let out a slight laugh & kept on walking. Montara ran back up to her. "So, do you think it still exists?" asked Montara. "What, the Fukuyomi Arrow?" asked Ellie, wanting to make sure that's what he was talking about. "Yeah, do you think it still exists?" asked Montara again. Ellie stopped to think "Hmmm Well I've never read the story before, so I wouldn't know what to think." she answered. "I'll let you borrow my book later tonight. So what's new?" replied Montara. "Well, I was thinking you me, & Guan could go down to the archery range, & shoot some arrows." explained Ellie. "But Guan doesn't do archery." stated Montara. "I've been teaching him privately." said Ellie. "WHAT?!" yelled Montara, his jaw dropped. Everyone around them started looking at them, then went back to what they were doing. "Shhh. He was wanting to surprise his father & everyone at the next Archery Contest." whispered Ellie. "Then why are you telling me?" asked Montara. They started walking again. "Hes wanting you to help teach him." she replied. "Oh. Okay." replied Montara. "Go get Guan, I'll go get my bow & arrows." stated Montara starting to run back to his house. "Okay! See ya at the archery range!" she yelled, waving at him before heading for Guan's house.

Montara arrived at the Archery range, Ellie & Guan were waiting for him. "Hey guys!" yelled Montara running up to them. 'Hey Montara. I see Ellie told you she was teaching me archery." replied Guan. "Yeah. I was surprised to here it though, especially when she told me she was teaching you privately." replied Montara, winking. Ellie kicked him in the stomach knocking the wind out of him & sending him to his knees. "You pervert!" yelled Ellie. Guan laughed. Montara got up "That hurt.". 'Good." replied Ellie, turning around & folding her arms "Hmph." Guan laughed again & Montara let out a little laugh. "Now, we gonna do this or not?" asked Montara. "Yes, if you quit being that way." replied Ellie. "It was only a joke." responded Montara. "I don't care!" yelled Ellie. "Fine, fine. Sorry." replied Montara. "Thank You" stated Ellie. Guan got ready to release his arrow, Ellie & Montara were watching him. Guan shot the arrow & it almost hit the bullseye of the target, instead it hit the red, the target was blue. "Not bad for a Centaur." joked Montara. "Thanks Montara...I guess." replied Guan. "But in all seriousness, that was a pretty good shot for a beginner." said Montara, clapping a little. "Thanks. Centaur's can be good archers too." replied Guan. "Never said they couldn't. You're my best friend Guan, I've known you all my life, I would never be able to doubt your abilities." stated Montara. Montara & Ellie also began shooting arrows, unlike Guan though, they were hitting the bullseye just fine. After they got through, they all set down on a hill & looked at the stars. "Hey Ellie, remember when I said you could borrow my book? Well here ya go." Montara said pulling a brown book out of his bag. "What book? What's it about?" asked Guan, confused. Ellie took the book & looked through it while Montara spoke to Guan. "It's called 'Legend of the Fukuyomi Arrow', it was written by Hermetes Maki & it's a true story." explained Guan. "You mean the battle between Gourmand & Roark?" asked Guan. "Yeah. You've read the book?" asked Montara. "Yeah. Do you believe the Arrow still exists?" asked Guan. "I sure do." replied Montara, "My dream to is to someday find it." Montara looked up into the sky, at the stars that would someday shine over his future.

1 year later... "Come on Guan! Everyone's waiting, we need to leave!" yelled Montara, knocking on Guan's front door. Guan answered the door, crying. "Guan, what's wrong?" asked Ellie concerningly. "I can't go." replied Guan still crying. "Why not?! Your dad said it was okay. & Everyone from the village is waiting to say good-bye to us." explained Montara. "My dad wants me to go still, but I don't want to go." replied Guan. "What, why not?" asked Ellie. "My dad, he's really sick & I don't want to leave him. He says that going on this journey, even if we don't find the arrow, is a once in a lifetime chance. But I just can't bring myself to leave him. I'm sorry." explained Guan. Montara & Ellie looked at each other, then looked at Guan. "No need to be sorry Guan. We understand. If it were my dad, or my mom, I wouldn't want to leave either one either." replied Montara. "Thanks for understanding guys. But I do not want you to stay here just because I'm not going. If you don't go, then I'll never forgive you two. I promise you that." explained Guan once more. "What do you think Ellie?" asked Montara, looking at her. Ellie looked from Montara to Guan. "We could wait till he's well again." she said. "No. Who knows when he'll get better, he may never get better. But whether he does or doesn't, I can't leave him, I love him to much. Please Ellie, you & Montara go. Do not miss this opportunity because of me." replied Guan. "Okay." said Montara. "Montara." stated Ellie, shocked. "Thank You Montara." replied Guan, he looked at Ellie, then Montara again "Whether you two find the arrow or not. My Prayers, will always be with you guys. & Remember, don't show your ugly mugs in this town again till your journey is complete." stated Guan, smiling as he said the last part of it. Ellie & Montara knew the last part was a joke & they laughed at it. "We'll try not to." replied Montara. "Thank You." stated Ellie. "No problem. Now, go & get yourselves a Fukuyomi Arrow!" he yelled raising his arm & shaping his hand into a fist. Ellie & Montara did the same & both shouted at the same time "Yeah!". After a long good-bye to all their fellow villagers, & their families, Montara & Ellie set off on a journey that will change their lives forever, a journey that will change the lives of the world, a journey to find the most powerful weapon known to man, that many believe to still exist, the Legendary Fukuyomi Arrow.

Episode 2: Demon Lord Kikyakuko

Montara & Ellie had been walking for hours, they were exhausted & it seemed like they were never going to reach the next town. “Food.” growled a hungry Montara, holding his stomach “Food.”. “Shut up already!” roared an annoyed & angry Ellie “You’ve been saying that since we left, didn’t you pack any food?”. she added. “Well, you see…” he began, but Ellie finished it: “…You ate the food, didn’t you?”. “Well, ummm….yeah. Hehe” confessed Montara. Ellie stopped walking & turned around, glaring at Montara with a stern look. After what seemed like minutes she finally spoke: “You amaze me sometimes.” she reached into her bag after taking it off & putting on the ground & at the same time said “Good thing I packed some food aswell.” “Yeah…” began Montara. Ellie stopped rummaging through her bag, she knew exactly what he was gonna say. She looked up & brushed the hair out of her face before asking “You ate the food I packed didn’t you?”. Montara knew she was furious, the look on her eyes gave it away, the eyes of a cat who had just been rudely woken up. He gave a smile of innocence, though both him & her knew he wasn’t. She got up, put the bag back on, & started walking away. Montara was surprised, he was expecting a scolding. He ran half-way up to her, trying to keep his distance, incase he had to make a break for it, & still trying to get her attention. “Aren’t you gonna yell at me or something?” he finally asked. “There’s no need to, unfortunately idiots never learn their lessons.” she replied, still walking, but not looking at him. “Oh” he said, stopping, but then kept on walking with her. After a few seconds she turned around & pointed her finger at him “But if you even think of the word food, that goes for saying it too, then I will kill you.”. “Okay” squeaked Montara quietly. Ellie turned around & they resumed their walking. Montara knew she wouldn’t actually kill him, but he knew if he even though about food, there would be a good beating involved. (She so likes me.) Montara thought, trying to keep away from the thought of food.

After what seemed like forever, they finally reached the town called Tejouten. They entered the town, it was pretty bustling town, but there were hardly any women about. “Where’s all the women?” whispered Ellie. “No idea, but it’s strange.” replied Montara. All the people, who were all men, were amazed to see Ellie, like they hadn’t seen women walking the streets in years. “I don’t feel very comfortable here.” she said, still whispering. “I don’t either, & I’m a guy.” replied Montara. After walking around for a bit, they walked into a diner. Once they got in they easily noticed a young girl around their age sipping what looked liked tea. She was dressed in low class armor, but armor all the same & she had a sword laying next to her that was nearly as long as her body, she was also wearing a mid-sized shield. She had brown red-ish hair & bright purple eyes. She saw them as they walked in & waved them over as if she had known them for years. “Umm…hi?” said Montara, sitting down cautiously. “Sorry.” started the girl, putting her cup of tea down “My name is Fantasia. I saw you two come into town. Now that you two are here, I’m not the only girl walking the streets. I was hoping I’d run into you guys. I need some help, plus you two could turn out to be real friends.”. “I’m Ellie, & this is Montara. He’s an idiot.” replied Ellie. “Hey!” retorted Montara. Fantasia laughed. Ellie shot Montara a smile before looking back towards Fantasia. “Speaking of which, what happened to all the women? Where are they?” Ellie asked. “Kept inside. Not aloud to go outside.” replied Fantasia, sipping her cup of tea once more. “What?!” yelled Montara & Ellie in unison, as they shot up from the booth. Everyone looked at them in disgust. “Umm…let’s go outside. I’ll explain it there.” Fantasia replied, getting up & paying the bill.

Ellie, Montara, & Fantasia were walking outside for a few seconds before Fantasia finally spoke, but in whisper. “It’s not a bad thing. I promise you. I had the same reaction when I came here.” began Fantasia. “How is locking them up inside a good thing?” asked Ellie, confused. “It’s for their own safety. See Mt. Kikyakuko up there.” she pointed to a tall mountain overlooking the town, “You know what it’s named after?” she added. Montara & Ellie shook there heads, indicating they don’t. “It’s named after a powerful demon named Kikyakuko. Or as he likes to call himself: Demon Lord Kikyakuko. Anyways, he lives in a giant cave up in that mountain & he watches the town from up there. When he sees a young pretty lady he likes, he comes down to the town & destroys it till he gets her. The women & all can still work, but they have to work inside, to not come out incase.” explained Fantasia. “Isn’t the Empress doing anything?” asked Ellie. “Hey, if it’s pretty girls he wants, then why hasn’t he came after you?” asked Montara. Ellie elbowed him in the stomach. Fantasia gave a small giggle. Then resumed. “No, I think she doesn’t even know, but the villagers thank otherwise. So I’ve come to take the demon down by luring him out. But I’ve been here for about 1 month now & he still hasn’t come down. Then I saw you two, & from the bows & arrows I knew I had finally found some people to help me. Since he isn’t coming for me, I was hoping of going for him.” answered Fantasia. Ellie & Montara both knew what she meant, she wanted to go up the mountain, & into the cave after him. “No. No way.” replied Montara, before anyone could say anything. “Why not?” asked Fantasia & Ellie at the same time. “We didn’t come to get ourselves killed while trying to slay a demon. We came here to find food & lodging & hopefully some information on the Fukuyomi Arrow.” answered Montara. “The what?” asked Fantasia. “Nothing.” replied Montara, stalking away.

Ellie & Montara had found a hotel in the town to stay in, though they didn’t stay in the same room. They were however in Montara’s room discussing the matter of what all Fantasia had said that day. “I said no Ellie!” yelled Montara, pacing back & forth while Ellie was setting on the bed. “Come on Montara. Your really gonna be so selfish as to not help these pour people? And instead keep searching for that stupid arrow?” replied Ellie sternly. “It is not a stupid arrow & we can’t afford to get ourselves killed!” he yelled once more, stopping. Ellie shot up from the bed stared at Montara closely before saying: “If it isn’t stupid, then you can surely give it up to help one village.”. She stalked out of the room, but as she slammed the door behind her Montara yelled “We can’t get sidetracked!”. But she didn’t hear him, she was to mad. “Damn it” he said to himself, sitting down on the bed &running his hands through his hair. There was a loud boom followed by a scream. The both came from Ellie’s room Montara realized, he ran for his bow & arrows then ran out of his room to see the room on the other side of the hallway missing. “Montara!!!” yelled Ellie as she was dragged out of the room by a giant red hand. Montara ran & jumped on one of the ledges still intact to see what had captured Ellie. “Sorry I was late. I had to deal with the fact that after a month I‘ve finally seen a girl worth my capture.” said a large deep raspy voice. Ellie looked up at the monster with fear, he was huge, as tall as the three story hotel they were staying in, he was red as well. Two large green eyes & horns coming out of his skull & bent back. “Who…who are you?” asked a trembling Ellie. “I’m am the Demon Lord, Kikyakuko.” he replied, smiling a very large smile. “Ellie!!” yelled Montara from the ledge. “I see you have a friend. Well, he’ll just have to die now won’t he.” stated Kikyakuko. He now looked up at Montara, but before he could do anything a sword hit his leg. “What the?” he asked as he looked down at a brown red-ish haired girl cutting hi leg. “Die you monster!” yelled Fantasia. Kikyakuko lifted his foot, Fantasia knew what was coming next & raised her mid-sized shield. The large foot hit here square in the shield & stomach launching her across town & before she hit a building someone caught her. She looked up & there was a black-haired man standing there, he was in pain from catching her at such a speed, He let her down onto the ground, & she blushed at the sight of him. “You okay?” he asked her. “Yeah” replied Fantasia.

Montara had started sending arrows flying towards Kikyakuko, who had just been brushing them off with the swing of his arm. Montara was getting frustrated which was adding to more anger. As Montara was about to send another arrow, he saw out of the corner of his eye a black-haired young man running toward them, he was bearing a long staff with an axe at the end. “Hah!!” yelled the man as he leaped into the air, pulled back his axe-staff & slashed it upon the shoulder of Kikyakuko. Kikyakuko screamed in pain, but the cut wasn’t to deep as he was able to dodge just enough to keep his shoulder from being cut clear off. The black-haired boy landed on the ground using the axe-staff as support. He ran towards Kikyakuko once more & this time swung hit axe around towards Kikyakuko’s stomach. Kikyakuko jumped back dodging it. “Hah!!” yelled Fantasia as she jumped onto the black-haired man’s shoulders & towards Kikyakuko. Fantasia had her sword drawn behind her back in order to slash downward onto Kikyakuko. Kikyakuko lifted Ellie up in order for her to take the hit. “Ellie…” whispered Fantasia, looking into Ellie’s scared eyes. Fantasia lost the grip on her sword & it dropped to the ground imbedding itself into the dirt. Kikyakuko lifted the hand he held Ellie in & smashed onto Fantasia sending her downward. Her back slammed into the bottom of her sword & she fell side-ways to the ground coughing & spitting blood from the pain. From the impact the sword imbedded itself into the ground deeper. “Fantasia!!” yelled Ellie. “I’ll deal with them later, I want to get you home. Let’s go!” yelled Kikyakuko “Ellie!!” yelled Montara. “Montara!!!” yelled Ellie, being taken away. Montara sent another arrow towards Kikyakuko & it hit him in the back, but he was to bent on getting away that he didn’t take to much notice. “Fantasia!” yelled Montara, still watching Kikyakuko take Ellie. “Yeah” she said coughing & lying on the ground. “I’ve decided to help you.” replied Montara, rage & fear searing through him.
