It's too bad no scan teams are working on it...I like the series myself, but I don't think anyone will pick up a manga that was made in the 70's.
Theres certainly a team on it considering

But that site only has two chapters

Only 2?
I'm not sure if that would be enough to get it added...and when was the latest chapter put up?
I read that about 2 years ago or last year during summer so I don't know exactly.
Theres way more than that but now that I look at it these are scans of the english version. But still there must be a group somewhere translateing it

That's probably why I see no groups scanlating it on there. It's most likely been dropped after those two chapters. Plus if it's off the English version that's no better than MangaProject, they just go to your everyday Barnes&Noble and scan the official copies.
They don't sell the manga anymore

Not Barnes&Noble, no, but they do sell Buddha...another one of Osamu Tezuka's works. I get my volumes of Black Jack at my favorite Otaku store ^^
Well either way, you get my point. MangaProject isn't even active anymore. Even if they were we don't upload their scans because of their...plaguerism(did I even spell that right? Internet Explorer doesn't have that spelling error feature...>.>).
It's a pity though, Black Jack is a favorite oldie of mine. I just doubt that someone will pick up a manga as old as Black Jack.
Still English translation are like the cencored version of movies, its just not as good

There are no groups scanning this manga at the moment, and the reason for it is probably because of how old the series is. It is just that with old series like these it is difficult to find original Japanese release of the manga to scanlate from. So until a group starts to scan the manga it can’t be uploaded on OM.
