Since we're spread across a bunch of oceans, it get's confusing on where everyone is, so maybe we each make one post that says where we are at and we can just edit our posts... I'm getting a bit confused as it is. If we do this, should we do it here or a new thread?

The first one who wants a top-notch shipwright (pirates please ;) ) can officially place my island somewhere near them and get me. It can be anywhere you want. My island doesn't even have a name, I just decribed some details about it. Feel free to use it anytime. ;)

He is very proficient with swords, and uses Soru, Rankyaky, Shigan, and Geppou. His sword style is based on thrusts that are augmented with Shigan, giving them extra power, and has the devil's fruit Blink Blink no mi, which allows him to teleport short distances.

(For fighting style, his thrust attacks are very similar to Saito Hajime's different gatotsu's from Ruruoni Kenshin

He's a former Captain, I'm sure he can. I never expected him to meet someone who knows his real identity though, so I never thougzht about him that much. If you want to fight with him, the only thing you need to know is that he's tall as hell, feel free to do anything you want with him. ;)

Well I want my character to be a co captain at least. He is more of a leader and he is quite powerful. ill just do what I planned from the start. Join up with an NPC who happens to be a fishman.
No hold up i can just change my post saying im in the west blue. It shouldn't be a big deal. If you wanna join up with me later spade then tell me and ill tell you what part to come in. But you got to think of a stupid way to get arrested.

Exactly, I see him as a Gin type character, who is polite and happy seeming when talking casually, yet no one likes him. (Well, my lt. likes me ;D)

I've also already thought of a Cp unit that my crew can fight later and why they will fight them. See I got stuff planned out in my head.

The way I saw it was relative. Against Kensei, who probably hasn't fought for a few years, it may seem like he completely overwhelms him, but against someone else, an opponent who is proficient with fighting, his power may still be defeated.

If you read one of my posts a while back, he got absolutely crushed by a Commodore, and was unable to really damage her. Similarly, when up against a powerful opponent who has better reflexes than Kensei had, it would be harder for him to avoid attacks.

Also, while Rankyaku is powerful, it is only one long range attack, and all of his other moves require him getting close to his opponent, and I pm'd you with a way to use that.

Yeah but at the same time thats probably the highest your power is gonna go. Just dont get to overpowering with other characters. Talk to them before you start fighting and work something out. Anyway ill post later.

Oh the fish samurai. Well he is from a clan of swordfishman and his father was the cheiftan. There were rumors of an organization kidnapping the fishmen and enslaving them. After finding out that his brother was helping the organization an exchange for wealth and weapons my fishman attacked his brother using his sharp nose( Which is about as long as ussop's) which is a crime. His father did not belive that his brother was helping the slavers so my fishman was forced into exile. Sword fish type fish men are trained in swordsman ship.

i think we all need some sort of goal, luffy has one peice but scince we are straying away from the main plot...
right now my guy is all about getting money but he can do that in the blues , he has no reason to go to the grand line.
i suggestthat after we all finish our little arcs we meet at merchant island, everyone at the same place, and the guy Kuo mentioned in his post announces the name of some new treasure that sends people into the grand line, maybe something mobile to make it sort of like a race.

start coming up with ideas and i will too post them here so people will know the name of the crew they must fear.

Why is it every time I come up with a big event, everyone goes there. First the KH RPG now this. Oh well. Here was my idea of the whole plot.

The guy who called it, Killigan, is a part of a pirate organization that is located in the grand line. He strayed off to create an army of followers to help support the group. There plan was to take over an entire sea, which he chose to take over the west blue, so that they would gain power or something. I was going to defeat Killigan at a different island, after getting my *** kicked by him on Merchant Island. I was also imagining a huge war at Merchant island. Bounty Hunters attacking Pirates, Navy trying to stop it all, and Pirates killing everybody. If everyone wants to go there, it doesn't really start until I get there.

I was gonna try and stop them after seeing how badly they treated all of my friends (My guy knows alot of people from merchant island, and Killigan causes a pirate raid there to try and kill everyone in it). That way, we can make about 12 of them, spliting them up between us. I call Killigan...and maybe one other one in the grand line.

Okay, there you have your filler-arc. Since I have no idea about sailing and water physics (best requirements to play a shipwright XD) I probably made some logical mistakes there but let's just say that everything's possible in the world of One Piece. XD

Btw, my first idea was about a small island with a single painter on it. He would offer to draw us a flag but his paintings always carry a curse and something bad would happen after setting sail again. I didn't know what though so I discarded that idea and used this one. You can still use it for your expedition around the island if you want (and if you are more creative than me T.T), we still need a flag after all. XD

I have a question about Killigan. His 80 million bounty is because of his feats, not because he is a great fighter, right?

Well like I said I already have a whole Cp unit created in my head. The leader will be a former member of the Genyosha who betrayed us and made a deal with the WG to trap us on an Island and try to annilate us. That will be one main boss My character fights. I already have 2 emporers planned out. You guys dont need to rush.
Also a long time ago I planned a fight between me and Raidens character in which his character will win so that might happen. I wont tell you guys how I get a DF though.

His strength is in his head. He conquered four islands, so 20 million each. He isn't the best fighter, but he is quite strong. He's pretty much a Giant like Kuma and Moria...but smarter.

I had an idea that at the end of my character's stay on the island he would be offered to head a new group within the marines known as Phantom Pol. Phantom Pol would be the assassination squad of the marines, whose ultimate goal (which would never happen in the RP) would be the assassination of all four yonkou, and if it ever arises, the assassination of the Pirate King.

Just wanted to make sure thats ok with everyone
