So I watched the Evangelion series, thought it was good. Since the series made many references to the bible, I figured I should look some stuff up so I might get more of the symbolism and references made in the series.

So I look up, "Christianity in Evangelion" on Google. One of the sites I get was a Christian website against anime.

I curiously look at the website. There was a page dedicated to Evangelion and how Anno was apparently a godless sinner who would surely go to hell and how Evangelino was the work of the devil. Fans of Evangelion would send letters defending the series, while some crazy Christian person would respond to them.

In reality, it was just a bunch of people talking about how Evangelion was a good series, that you had to keep an open mind to, but all the responder did was quote the Bible and state that the series was disrespectful to "God". When a person brought up that most Japanese were Shintos, and therefore did not feel Evangelion was a "blasphmous" show, the responder said Japanese were following the wrong religion.

I wasn't offended, I was just amused at how the responder did nothing but quote the bible and say anyone who watched and enjoyed the show went to hell. It wasn't till I read one article that I was disgusted.

This Christian woman sent a letter about how her son brought home Evangelion. She let him watch it, because according to her, "all cartoons MUST be kid friendly."

A her kid locks himself in his room for a week and watches the show. She goes in one day to check on her son, and he's about to hang himself. He apparently watched Evangelion and lost his faith in God. So just as he hangs himself, what does the woman do?

She prays to God while her kid kills himself. She does nothing to stop him, but pray. And her kid kills himself.

The woman concludes that it's all Evangelion's fault her kid is dead. She states that Japanese cartoons are evil, and that anything animated "MUST BE MEANT FOR KIDS". Why? Because she says so, I guess.

The responder of course, agreed with her.

You can imagine how disgusted I was.

She's the one who raised a mentally unstable kid, who obviously wasn't THAT faithful to God, since he lost his faith by watching a friggin ANIME. She's the one who assumed ALL anime is kid friendly, making NO effort to moniter what her child watches.

Yet, she blames Evagelion. Is she a great mom or what?

Oh, and the entire reason I started this manga was BECAUSE it was named 666 Satan. I saw the name and knew it was awesome before even reading it. I think anyone who likes anime would realize that it's just a name. O-parts Hunter makes it sound so kiddy. It's probably driving some people away because they think it sounds lame.

Different magazines come out with chapters at different times, plus some scanlators will be really fast with them, Shonen Jump is a weekly magazine that host chapters that week. Others like the one that 666Satan is in, Monthly Gangan Comics, only come out once a month.

I heard of the 616 thing propably 3 or 4 years ago but haven't seen or heard 616 anywhere, It's still 666 and will continue to be so.

It might be aired like bleach or naruto without a set number of shows and it just keeps going until the end of the manga. But that would probably mean a fat-*** pile of fillers at the time skip after Icarus but thats like ages away! ^^

jio is smart maybe he could use it just look forward to it and the the new shin zero, devils summon and lastly the solomon's key it will be 3 o-part for jio he only use yet the new shin zero and the devil satan for devil summon not yet the solomon's key
