Edit: So as VL pointed out my poll is rather vague so here are the choices till a MOD fix my mistake.

Choice 1: Yes he's alive, very much so
Choice 2: NO! he's DEAD
Choice 3: Yes he's Alive, but w/ fake teeth and missing arm

Well you ask if LT is Alive or dead.

Then the first choice is:

"Yes, very much so ". Yes what? Yes he is alive or yes he is dead?

Then we have "Yes! but w/o Hand and teeth." Going to assume it is for yes he is alive, but still seems poorly worded to me, which may not mean much. I think Azamiko had a nice list back in the old topic.

As much as i feel that he is dead. I still think he is alive somewhere. Probably injured or waiting for something. Either way, i voted that he is still alive. He can't die that easily.

it seems a bit unnecessary for characters to be commenting about "don't be sure he's dead until you've seen the body" if he's meant to be dead... .

and, I'm hoping he's alive, because his disciple's doesn't look like he's up to taking on all these guys on his own! :-P

I'm going with he's alive - and not just because I hope so either. IMO something's just not quite right, as we were never shown a scene where LT got owned and killed in flashbacks (yet anyway). Everything else like the dental records can be faked, it's not like Vera seen LT's teeth anyway before he died, so can't know for sure there.

I voted the third option, though I think the dental records (or the death in general) was faked. Sure the arm is his (after all they gave it to Gangryoong) but I just can't imagine the badass LT having fake plastic teeth. I really can't..

I think there's a ever so slight chance that LT is alive, but if he is he won't show up till the last moment... Maybe he has a relative that's unknown, or anyone linked to him with EOTL capabilities, who turns up and saves the day hahahahahaha

I think he's toast. Ignoring the supporting evidence for a moment (cause seriously, that **** is mutable and completely up to the writer's wiles...), i don't see what purpose he'd serve being alive in the story at this point. Even if some great threat comes into existence, i think a team up between existing characters would be more interesting then resurrecting Lightning Tiger, but I'm willing to accept that this might just be me.

He obviously faced off against Yuri, since she's sitting in a room in an induced coma right at the moment. I agree that the damage Vera did is somewhat serious, so, given that he's already injured, and going to fight yuri, who is, as of yet, one of the most powerful players in the past cut scenes, i doubt he lived.

That all said, if it's done in such a way as to not complete defecate on the story line and actually enhances what's been done thus far, Long live Lightning Tiger.

I have a feeling LT is somehow alive. I dunno if hes injured or just biding his time.

Actually, hes accomplished what he wanted to do already by putting Yuri into that state. He may just be around in case she wakes up. Vera doesnt hold the same ambition of becoming a god as her sister.

Also unlike the arm of LT’s that Gang received we never saw the remains Vera saw and you would think if they were actually his we would have seen those remains too, but we didn’t.

It is also odd to think that it took Fire Dragon so long to find proof that LT had actually died and I wonder why it took him so long. I guess that after his fight with Yuri when he lost his arm he must have escaped and didn’t die during that battle if Vera and Fire Dragon spent the next several months looking for him. So I think he is still in hiding.

True, but for the record Vera never saw any remains either. The only thing that was found were teeth and the arm. They identified it as LT through dental records, and thats hardly a foolproof method. Actually, earlier Vera states that as long as a body is not found she refuses to acknowledge that hes dead.

I don't know why you thought Vera didn't see any of the remains, but FD showed her LT's skull and that is what they used to confirm it was him, or tell her that is how it was LT.

I meant there was no full set of of remains. Dental records arent a foolproof identification method.

YES! Finally, LT being alive is finally ahead in the polls. I want him to be alive but I cant shake this felling that he's dead. It will be a very hard pill to swallow if and when the Manwha "confirms" his death. I don't trust FD is all.

i wanna disagree with the whole "avenge my master" part. i thought gangryong went to the school to get stronger, avenging LT was in there but not the main reason.

beyond that i really don't feel that LT is dead, FD probably set the whole thing up to use gangryong [obviously] there's not really a reason for him to make any moves, yuri is comatose, his apprentice is doing fine. he can rest up and pop in later... but that's really just me being optimistic.

I doubt Lightning Tiger is alive. We've seen how strong Vera is and I think was some kind of Prodigy with the strongest of Heaven's Riches martial arts. Lightning Tiger is good and all, but I don't think he would survive such a fight. The best he could manage was getting her into a coma.

Plus, I just don't see this Manwha as one to take the death of a character lightly as . . . lets say Naruto or Dragonball.

Actually, I think Vera is the prodigy. It's just that Yuri came first. No one ever gave Vera a chance. That's part of the reason she is so pissy. Granted, it did help that Yuri was powerful in her own right, but her art made her fearless. Not necessarily her own strength. Vera is hinted to be even stronger than Yuri. Yuri even went so far as to seal Vera's power. I think she did this because she knew that once Vera became of age, Vera would pwn her (for lack of time to type anything else).

im sure the arm belongs to him but my guess is its the same one he used to put yuri in the coma and it got cut off right after he finished his attack and he ran away to heal or they just got to gangryong before LT could get back to him
