"And you, Tousen?"

Aizen's voice, eloquent and elusively intimidating, echoed across the chamber, received by the ten sitting at the long table and the two leaning by the wall.

"Yes, Aizen-sama, we already have the tracking key...the source identified it as a "heartless". Possibly a new form of hollow we have never encountered..."

"Good," said Aizen, his ever-dominant smile touching his features with a sense of graceful superiority. The ten seated at the table shifted, some bored, some irritated, only a few listened intently. Nevertheless, an air of cautious fear could be found around them, they knew that they could be punished easily.

"Ulquiorra...Tousen...I entrust this to you two."

"As you wish, Aizen-sama."

[General Cross Marian]

Location: Black Order HeadQuarters, 1 Week after arriving from Noah's Ark.

The room was a complete mess, the endless stacks of paper pilled all over the floor into indistinguishable blobs. The books on the shelves completely out of order and un-refined do to contiuous over strained use. Often the papers would be stained by droplets of tea or have crumbs on them.

On top of this mess of writing materials, one could vaguely make out a table, and sitting in its chair, was none other than the Head of the Science Department, Komui Lee.

"Whats this all about Komui?" stated a man dressed in black robes, with a large chain around his neck that ended at the waist, its golden crusifix shining. He had long flowing crimson red hair, and a mask that vailed half his face. This was the man known and respected by all, the infamous Cross Marian.

"How bout a cup of coffee before we begin?" Komui stated as he began to call upon his golem to ask one of the other researchers to retrieve the said liquid.

"How bout you just cut to the chase" Cross stated in a serious tone, agitated that he had to be presented to Komui in such a fashion, as if though he were just some other Exorcist.

Komui face turned very serious, his glasses reflecting the light in a very ominous form. He placed his elbows on the desk, intwining his fingers together. And slowly he said, in almost a whisper, "The Heartless."

The very word was enough to send shivers down Cross' face, as memories of a time long forgotten seemed to resurface. How ever he quickly regained his composure "Do the others know yet?" he asked sternly.

"No, I thought, given your history, that you should be the first to know." Komui stated. "However thats not the worst of it. The Earl took a hard blow back in Edo, our Finders have evidence to suggest that the Earl might be trying to use them of his own ambitions."

Letting the moment sink in for a brief second, Cross replied, "Why now? Who could be opening the doors to the other worlds and for what purpose?" Cross said, raising his hand to his chin.

"I don't know, but seeing as you were one of the ones who fought against the Heartless ten years ago alongside the former Keyblade master, we believed that if anyone could find the answers to those questions, it would be you" Komui said.

Finally Cross turned around and faced the door, and begun walking, stopping half way to say "I'm leaving. Tell that good for nothing apprentice of mine, to get stronger if he wishes to protect everyone."

"Of coarse, and where will you be heading?" Komui asked his voice as sincere as possible, for he knew that the topic of discussion was a soft-spot with the powerful General for it was only ten years ago that he had lost all who had been dear to him to the power of the Heartless and their Master.

"To the Heart of All Worlds, and Beyond..." Where Cross Marian's final words as he exited the room. Thoughts of the past and questions all circulating through his mind, 'Xehanort' was the one thing on his mind that seemed to repeat itself. "Xehanort"

'Byakuya Kuchiki walked down the hall's of the 6th division quarters. Deep in thought and just returning from his trip to the real world to bring back Renji and Rukia, he wondered about Aizen.

He had heard of how he had defeated another captain with just a kido spell, just how strong was he? He finally came to his captains quarters, as he walked in, he sensed a similar dense reitsu wash all over him.

'6th Captain...Byakuya Kuchiki...'

He turned, 'Yamatao, Captain Sir.'

'Kuchiki.. there is a new problem arising, a new type of soul weapon that may prove useful against Aizen..'

Byakuya rested his eyes, and opened them again, breathing in a slight sigh.

'Why use help we don't need, Bankai is the only thing necessary to defeat Aizen, that and doing it before he can muster enough strength for the winter, captain sir.'

Yama turned from Byakuya, seeming in deep in thought, he walked back out into the courtyard of the 6th division quarters. He opened his one eye, staring at the sky.

'Report to 12th division kuchiki, report there and recieve the information for your trip to the real world, take any 3 shinigami you feel the need to take.'


Yama was gone, Byakuya turned to his office, walked forward, sat down and opened his cabinet, he looked at Hisana's face. Within minutes he was gone aswell.'

Cloud went outside Merlin's house for the second time that day and looked up at the sky.
"Will I ever find a way to redeem myself and find Him," he though to himself

As he thought those words in his head he felt "that" presence and flew towards that direction, barely knowing what he would find there. Hollow Bastion always had that eerie feeling to it but this was different. The feeling felt the same to him as the time of that dreadful encounter, where he witnessed the might of the former 1st rank soldier....Sephiroth!

No sooner than Cloud felt this feeling anger filled his heart and he finally came upon the area where he remembered seeing the Thousand Heartless gathering, except this time there was Sephiroth and a little army of "white" beings that he had never seen before.

Cloud took out his sword and glared at Sephiroth:

Sephiroth: Ahhh.....Cloud, im so happy to see you. Your just in time to see me leave this wretched little world, but do not worry I will be back and when I do you and your loved ones will Perish.

Cloud couldnt think straight at all and he leaped to attack Sephiroth, but in return Sephi just smiled as a dark vortex swallowed him and his "white" minions to another dimension.

Cloud swung at nothing and just stood Dumb-founded at what had just happened.

Aerith walked out of Merlin's house just in time to see Sephiroth dissapear into a dark vortex...

Aerith- Cloud.. are you alright?

Cloud did not reply.. he stared at where Sephiroth once stood... I better leave him alone for now. As Aerith walked back to Merlin's house she noticed Leon fighting some heartless.. I'll watch him fight!! hehehehe!

A hooded figure in a black coat walked out of a door made by darkness. As the door closed, the man looked around. He took a few steps forward until he reached 13 chairs. In each one of the chairs, a hooded figure sat. However, one seat, the seat that was the greatest in height and detail remained empty. The hooded man jumped up and into this seat, and removed his hood. It was Xemnas, the strongest of all Nobodies.

"Here today, we nobodies gain what is rightfully ours. We regain that which was stolen from us, yet that which we never truly had. To get our hearts back, we must create our own Kingdom Hearts to use. However, our Kingdom Hearts will not contain our hearts, but it will contain the key. The key to the strongest being in the world. Like us, his heart and body were seperated without a choice. We shall merge them back together and absorb him using Kingdom Hearts. In the world of Soul Society is his Heartless. In the world of *Insert wherever D-Gray man is located here* is his Nobody. With this power, not even the key bearer can stop us. Now, Organization XIII, go. Go and expand our Kingdom Hearts so that we can finally gain the power that we are owed." Xemnas said as he stood tall above the others.

One after another, they all vanished in shadow of darkness, until only Xemnas stood. He sat down and put his hood back on. In an instant, he was gone.
