So yea. Create a ninja based in the Naruto world.

- Close range - taijutsu based on faints and midirection
- Medium range - ninjutsu incorporating mud
- Far range - ninjuttsu incorporating mud

Specialties: Jutsu passed through his family that use mud. Mud armor, mud weapons, mud walls, etc (they actually use Earth style jutsu but get the earth wet and create mud). Armor warn is created with dry mud, so he always has something to use. They also always have water with them to create mud if no water is present. use of mud clones, which do not "poof" or disappear when attacked, but rather keep their forum, but deform to physical touch. Mud clones are usually used to surprise opponents and keep them in one place for an attack.

Personality: When on missions, Kaji is ruthless and emotionless. When off of missions, Kaji is very relaxed, almost to a point of lazyness. He enjoys creating earthenware in his free time. He never complains and thinks that those who do aren't very good people no matter what else they do.

Favorite jutsu:
- Mud Shurikin
- Mud clones
- Mud wall
- Mud armor (extra to usual armor)
- Mud bind (used to cover opponents with mud, binding them to one position. can be used through the air or through the ground)

Well, I figured it would go in Naruto because the create a zampatou thread was in the bleach section.

That, and I didn't say create yourself has a ninja...just said create a ninja (in the continuity of Naruto).

Jutsu:

Secret Technique: Blood Arsenal - Tatsumaru causes blood to harden onto a katana hilt without a blade. He uses the blood to form a sword, a whip, or a battleaxe. He calls them A-type, B-type and O-type respecively.

Secret Technique: Blood Net - Hidden underneath the bands on Tatsumaru's wrists are small slits in his skin. He releases a net made of blood that cannot be broken, due to its peculiar makeup of being liquid and solid at the same time.

Secret technique: Rabid Beast - Tatsumaru places his hand on the ground. Blood comes out of the ground, forming a wolf-like beast. The beast has large fangs that can be used for holding the opponent, or tearing them limb from limb. Tatsumaru can control the size and number of beasts by the amount of chakra he uses.

Blood Summoning: Crow - Summons a crow that has the ability to transform into a beautiful female spirit that holds a black scythe. She has the ability to instantly teleport herself and Tatsumaru anywhere within a 2 mile radius. Se can read Tatsumaru's thoughts, and Tatsumaru can read hers. They make an extremely effective fighting team.

Forbidden Release: Dark Blood Riot - Tatsumarus ultimate and most dangerous technique. He takes both bands of his arms and creates a summoning seal in the air in front of him. A torrent of purple tinted blood spews out of the seal. It is corrosive to any organic material, and acts as a potent poison (simlar to Narutos four tailed chakra) Its draw back is that it leaves Tatsumaru severely weakened due to loss of his own blood and chakra. Therefore, it is only used as a last resort.

History: Tatsumaru hails from the Village Hidden in Darkness, a village famous for its skilled assasins. It was one of the villages destroyed in The Great Ninja War. He was a prodigy, becoming a hunter-nin at age 10. He was on a mission when The Leaf Village and the Rock Village clashed, with the Darkness Village as the battleground. When Tatsumaru returned from a successful mission, he found nothing but destruction. He found only one survivor buried under a fallen building a girl of about his age. Her name is Kohaku. They were the sole survivors of the Village hidden in the Dark. He was able to find out that while Konoha was part of the batle, they tried to help the Darkness Ninjas escape from the invasion of Rock Ninja. Thus, Tatsumaru has an intense hatred for The Rock Village. He continued to live on his life with Kohaku, protecting her from harm. He accepts missions from an village other than the Rock Village. Tatsumarus kekkai genkai allows him to control blood, and create vast quantities of it ( similar to Kimimaro's bone growing). Therefore, it is almost impossible for him to die from loss of blood, though using his techniques over and over does cause him fatigue. As a side effect, he requires more water than most people, and also food that is rich in iron.

Appearance: Tatsumaru is tall and slim, with a well toned, flexible body. He has Shoulder length Black hair, pale skin and blood-red eyes ( like Kurenai's). He wears a black vest similar to Konohas Chuunin Jacket, but more tight fitting, and without the collar. He wears black pants, and black ninja sandals that go higher up his leg than is normal. He has a headband tied around his left leg. The metal on it is black, rather than silver.


Personality: He is extremely quiet, and rarely socializes with anyone other than Kohaku, giving others the impression that he is creepy. He dislikes needless fighting, and is only willing to use force on a mission, or to protect himself and Kohaku. However, when he is fighting, he is merciless.

Weapons:
standard shuriken and kunai.
A sword hilt without a blade. Uses blood to form whatever weapon fits the situation.
Carries packs of blood that he drained from himself prior to going on a mission. He uses them to set traps, such as his blood nets.

Its been Eighty years since the one named Naruto became hokage of the Leaf village. However news of his existance and the existance of the villages do not reach this part of the world.

In this part of the world there is a gathering at the village Hidden in The Vines where a mock Chunin exam will be held, Chunin and Genin from the other villages are gathering and so our tale begins.

The Village Hidden in the Dunes: A village thats built under the very sands of the wide desert, in the middle of the desert is the only piece of the village thats on the surface.
