I think All Blue is a merger of 4 seas into 1 sea, and i also think sanji will get information about All Blue at Jimbei arc!

thats a dream sea for cook and the info for all blue is already given a tons of time a dream sea where the 4 sea meets and all kinds of fish and sea creature can be found and its where abouts is not yet confirmed.....maybe its the sea where raftle is in the last island so not many people know about it maybe the 4 emperor know somthine

The all blue is the place where water from the East, West, North and South Blue meet. As a result, fish and seafood from all over the world can be found there. Hence, it is the dream for Cooks to find the All Blue, as they can get the freshest ingredients for cooking. The All Blue is said to be located somewhere along the grandline. However, its exact whereabouts are unknown.

maybe the place where all for seas merge for a few miles. A bunch of fish from all seas come there to get to the other side. I wonder what the food in one piece taste like?(imagines it) yumm...
