Well i didnt see a thread fo it so i thought i should make one.
So what did you think? I liked it but it was really short and kind of annoying how the story just kind of ends like that. Im begining to hate this mangakas endings.

Seiki(Manaka+Hiruge) looks really familiar to his other manga and the stupid blonde girl(yui+nishino)Also has the same air as the others. I think this was an inadvertant way at manaka choosing Aya toujo from his other manga because the characters are just so similiar. And many people were pissed off from the ichigo 100% ending.

The one who pissed off from Ichigo 100% ending were most likely Toujou fanboys :).

And regarding this manga..., just take it as light manga to read to pass time, at least it still have echiness to keep you entertained 'till the end :D

He thought Toujou pushing him away?, no, he rejected her in her confession because Nishino had already confessed to him first, that just how it went, first come, first served, he's already quite fair to the girls.

It was good fun to read...even though it was only short I felt i had to read the whole thing in one as it was interesting....it was differeent from the other mangas as well as the main character was actually clever unlike say Akitsuki in suzuka..

hehe! yup 'twas pretty short.. but considering that was the author's freshman work... it was pretty good. If you want a really long story with a definite ending try ICHIGO 100%. same author.. (relatively) same characters but different plot.

P.S: if you do get to read ichigo 100% give me your opinion about the story.. XD i kind of hated the ending but hey its not my story. :)

yup! i kind of hated the ending too... i was friggin' rooting for toujo aya!! and the she (author) just made a real bad detour towards nishino.. (not that nishino is REALLY bad, but!) it was an aya + junpei story ... i guess the author didn't want another obvious ending... ouch! ;)

well i think that the last chapter was way too rushed. usually the last climatic scenes take place over the last 5 chapters at least. in 1 chapter she loses her memory, gets stuck in bottle, comes out of bottle, and starts all over. i dislike this ending...as for the ichigo100% ending, it wasnt bad, dont critisize so much unless u think u can do better! personally i rather manaka being with Aya but it was good non the less. - everytime i see lilum frown, it reminds me of Aya

what i liked about it is how he finally fell in love. how she grew to hate what she did, and her finally falling in love for him and not only thinking of him as food. and then when she gets sealed, it was his love that broke the seal and freed her. even though she forgot him, she knew she loved him....thats intense...

and Kawashita's line "there few things more beautiful than a woman in love..." - deep...

i really like this manga, wished it were longer and a lil more developed tho

and lilim was hot....makes me love Toujou Aya more....

Yup it's a short series with quite an abrupt ending. I'm actually quite confused with the ending though. But I feel that it's one of those short and sweet manga if you're looking for a genre that has some romance element in it. There's some that dags on for volumes and volumes and doesn't seem to end. (I won't mind the length if it's has new ideas coming in and continues to have a good plot). Many length romance manga just lose it when there's way too many volumes.

I liked the manga up until the end where she comes out and yet she doesn't remember the guy. I mean, how can you end a manga like that? Plus, Lilim completely forgets her promise to him (can't remember his name), so she's definitely not going to only feed off of him from now on. He should have done something to prevent the stupid guy sealing her up in the first place. But he just stood there with his mouth open. Now that I think about it, I didn't like his character very much either.

I just finished the manga. Would be interesting if they made an anime out of this. The story isn't much but it will be cool to see, hear and feel the emotions in it.

Just read the series and I actually loved it for being as short as it was rather than going on forever. The plot could have been more detailed (we never found out who made the sealing thing or how it transformed the dragon) but it was still nice for what it was.

I mainly was attracted to it because I was sick of manga stories where the main characters take forever to kiss or have any other physical interaction (if they ever even do that is) and instead the author simply teases fans by repeatedly putting them ins situations where something "almost" happens. Its enough to drive a reader insane!:mad:

Here its the physical stuff that comes first and the feelings that come later. Quite fitting for a story with a succubus.

One thing I wish was explained more was what was with Lilim and their names. Lilim said it was her name but apparently all of her kind are called Lilim like some kind of family name but its never said if she also has an individual name.

Actually I think everyone who said things like the above are off a bit.

Note that soon after being released Lilim remarks "Oh! I know you!" and proceeds to "nearly" say another character's name right.

This and what I say below indicates that her memory was not truly gone and she was regaining it rapidly after initially coming out and not knowing Takaya's name. I assume this was because the sealing thing was broken rather than just opened, thus freeing her memories.

I liked the manga up until the end where she comes out and yet she doesn't remember the guy. I mean, how can you end a manga like that? Plus, Lilim completely forgets her promise to him (can't remember his name), so she's definitely not going to only feed off of him from now on.
Note he cries out "stop messing with my head!" indicating that she doesn't mean what she is saying and is only playing with him.

Indeed, the fact that she at that point remembers enough to ask (jokingly) if she can feed on other guys shows that her memory was not truly erased.

Do what exactly? It happened too fast for him to do anything. It took a bunch of frames to happen for effect, not because it took a long amount of time.

As for Takaya's character, he was an interesting variation to me from the typical manga hero in being tall, popular and such while at the same time being not as confidant as he appears to be.

Well she didn't grow to hate what she did, after all it was the only way she could eat. Plus Takaya was the one guy who was compatible enough with her spirit to take her feeding without any real ill effect.

Not to mention it wasn't cruel given if your energy got drained kissing her was apparently still very pleasant for both involved.

He even seemed to admit to liking it, given how he's smiling when he refers to his friend that he missed school because Lilim was "very hungry" and his friend proceeds to tell him to stop bragging.:lol:

Well it wasn't that sudden, there were various early indicators.

Like when "Chappy" (I love that nickname Mui gave him!) found her starving to death in the woods and we see into Lilim's thoughts and she thinks to herself how strange it is that she sees "food" (the human) right in front of her but has no desire to kiss him.

Then their first official date where they both are enjoying themselves immensely and getting closer until Takaya becomes disheartened, believing his feelings mean nothing as the other succubus told him their kind would never consider a human for romance. Lilim's heartbroken reaction was meaningful too even if she didn't understand it very much.

And of course when she seeks to resolve the conflict within her over seeing Takaya as more than food by proceeding to starve herself, refusing to take his energy even when they kiss.

I also loved how the humor was done. Be it things like the school being rebuilt in one day, Mui's insanity, Takaya's obsession with keeping his "image" or how Takaya's class was so enamored by Lilim that they didn't take notice of her inhuman abilities. Well they did see her wings but thought it was cosplay. A better example is when she flies off and the one guy screams "why does no one care she is flying?!":eek:

I felt that the plot development was a quite good, but the ending wasn't as fluffy as I thought it would be... or maybe it was the ellen degeneres show distracting me... But still... True love reigns over memory erasing components of a seal!!

On a separate note, I guess Takaya and Lilim set the foundations for the character designs for Junpei and Aya from Ichigo?

Is lilim kiss completely over, or can the mangaka like deciede he wants to keep going and such :D
Because i would also have liked to see them catch up after Lilim lost her memories

I guess it's done for good... Of course, unless, Mizuki-sama decides to bring it back... Both Lilim and Akane has that potential, so I don't see why not... It'll be really great though, if that happened!

Read it again. It shows she started to get her memory back soon after being released (probably because the pendant had shattered).:)

First she almost remembers one guy's name (getting it wrong for comedic effect).

Then she makes another joke referring to her promise with Takeya not to kiss other guys, leading to Takeya yelling at her to stop messing with him.

So its pretty clear she'd get all her memory back in a short time.

i read this some weeks ago and it was very short... i think in a few hours i finished this. not really that bad for a short manga. lilim really looked like toujo aya (ichigo 100%).

well the only thing i hate about this manga is the guy who sealed him again. =]

hmmm....just finished this manga yesterday and yeah...she do look like toujou aya..

but i dont like the ending though...
i dunno, maybe its just too much drama...IMO
but i like the 1st part, specially when she tried to give him a letter...
