Manga-->which font?

I've been wondering this for a while and I never got my question answered-what font do the printing companies use for their manga? You know the already publish English manga? What font is it-does anyone know? I've read some manga that has that font but I just can't figure out what it is exactly..

I don't know what the official scanlations use, but I know that when I typeset, I use the font WildWords, a pretty common one to use.

Those are wierd names for the fonts.
