Chapters 29 and 30 really makes the manga change for the better, now it once again is thrilling to read, what was the DRF's plan from the beginning??

Besides, anyone knows what became of Ion Green, the Bear and the Bandaged Assassin when earth was sucked dry of life?

Oh my... good GRIEF this is good stuff. I *really* like this one. The art is exceptional, a real cut above average. Tons of style and atmosphere. Ingenious concept design work and kick-*** action sequences. Massive in scope and highly enigmatic.

How to describe it? It's Akira meets Resident Evil meets Blade Runner meets The Matrix.

*like*
*hope it keeps going*

Zouichi got his *** kicked bigtime. I was surprised that he actually survived after getting his head nearly sliced in half.

Well, being a synthetic human, he can take much more of a beating than a normal person. This is the second manga I've read by Tsutomu Nihei, and I must say I really like it. Since reading Blame!, I've been a big fan of Nihei's art style.

If you like Tsutomu Nighei's work you should read Digimortal, it's really a great manga, specially if you liked Blame!.
I've started reading Biomega a few weeks ago, i'm enjoying so far(i'm on chap 23/24), it's been a while since i read a sci-fi.

Edit:
No new posts!? Pitty
Biomega is now up to chapter 34, unfortunately has not yet been uploaded by OM.

Yay! The series is rolling again and Zouichi's kicking butt once more! That sherriff or whatever he was really makes me think of the agents in the Matrix. Hope it will soon be explained everything about DRF and their goals and Mars Girl and all....

I started this today. His style's very sketchy (I presume on purpose) but God I love it. However my internet speed at best is like a drunken fatman walking up a hill and I can't find anywhere to download this beyond 29.

Help?

Big update....

That child is weird. An embryo?

It's nice that Zouichi and Fuyu are looking after her :)

Bleh. I didn't quite understand the ending.

Data restoration? What's it got to do with the drones in the end?
Sorry I am feeling frustrated, can't make sense of it.

If you like Noise and Biomega, then you can read Abara and Blame too. And support the mangas in my new series request thread (http://forum.onemanga.com/showthread.php?p=1776100#post1776100) ;) .

The questions in the end are as follows:
•Who is Reload (the Mars immortal girl)?
•Who is the astronaut Reload is talking to in the end? It cant be the same as in the beginning, because those astronauts died and spread the NS5 to Mother Terra.
•What happened to Zouichis female counterpart?
•The bear (was his name Kroznov?) died and old man got a family, but what happened to Yion? She was rescued by bear and team Fuyu, but what then?
•Who is the knight that killed both Nyaldee and all the drones?
And lastly:
•Why is the rum gone?

I think those were all (except for the last one), ne? Well, at least all my questions about the ending. I tried the web, but couldnt find any answers.

*Sigh*
Unfortunately, they're no objective answers for most of those questions mainly because some of the events that could really clarify everything, were premeditatedly omitted.
Nihei is the only one who can answer those questions, i just wonder, why the hell did he rushed Biomega.
Is he thinking of making a sequel?

PS: I hope Nihei would start working again on BLAME!NSE...

Ok, I'm gonna attempt to answer some of these questions...
*TAKES A DEEP BREATH*

The questions in the end are as follows:
•Who is Reload (the Mars immortal girl)?

Reload is the first immortal. I think it was Kozlov's (the bear) father who first discovered her seeds and the possibility of creating a new world from these seeds. Other than providing the seed that caused the recreator to become fertilized, (Nyaldee somehow found one rendering Yion Green as expendable) I don't know about how much story revelence she has...

•What happened to Zouichis female counterpart?

If you noticed in the last two chapters, Zouichi had this little robot thing on his shoulder. Now I don't know if this was a part of the bike that stored Fuyu (Zouichi's AI) or if Fuyu constructed a small body to contain her data. This robot then self destructed to help Zouichi defeat all those guards.

•The bear (was his name Kroznov?) died and old man got a family, but what happened to Yion? She was rescued by bear and team Fuyu, but what then?
•Who is the knight that killed both Nyaldee and all the drones?

Ok, this is harder to explain... When the new planet/whatever was created time was distorted a bit. Kozlov and the old guy arrived a few years ( think it was like 400 years?) after Zouichi. Another 50 or so years later Kozlov realises what needs to be done, in the mean time the old dude started a family. Yion was not saved by Zouichi, she was saved by the knight who I would guess was that random guy (who made love to that alien/human chick) but I could be wrong about who he is.

The recreator is then destroyed followed by the drones and the world goes back to peace in its new strange shape. This when Yion and Kozlov are reunited which takes place after a small unknown time period. The data restoration is just added to give the reader hope that Fuyu might come back as she essentially died when the robot containing her data self destructed.

At least thats those are the ideas I gathered from what I read. :P
I'm prob wrong somewhere though...

Oh AuG that was a useful post and helped me to understand the ending better , thank you very much

Good manga i liked it
but sometimes hard to follow with all those time skips
