I found this manga great. Pity it's not very developed.

The drawing style is absolutely fantastic. I rate it 10/10, it's the one of the best I've seen from shoujo mangakas.

The story is also very positive. The girl is intelligent and headstrong (just how I like my shoujo heroines) and pretty. The men are handsome and determined. Altogether, I think it has real potential and a great feeling.

I agree, the characters are great. I like strong and intelligent female leads and male characters who exactly know what they want:)

Oh yes, she's one of the most charismatic shoujo manga heroines I've come across.

The drawing style isn't your favorite? I found it much better to all the shoujo mangas I've read... what would you say is superior to this one?

i dislike most shoujos. especially one with horrible typical plots and characters. but there are some really good stories~ i can nvr say this manga's art is more superior compared to that manga's art. it all depends on individual's taste, in the end.

BP's art is beautiful, i love it, but its not my favourite. my favs are Ako Shimaki's style (Gekka no Kimi's mangaka), Junko Sasaki's, Taamo's, Usami Maki's, Motomi Kyousuke's, Kikuchi Kamaro's, Ozaki Ira's and Park So-Hee's (Goong) - to name a few~ i love their distinctive style and of cos, a great storyline too;)

mm.. very true. I'm disappointed at the lack of updates.

But I agree that Gekka no Kimi had beautiful art.

This story line isn't very developed... but I think it's going to be a good one. ~~~~

Gekka no Kimi is a lil bit off compared to many others of Ako Shimaki's mangas. the whole idea is interesting, but there are some scenes or parts where i think is 'not well express' and unnecessary. (pardon me for im bad in expressing my thoughts in words) hope u get what im trying to say.

back to BP. we better stick to BP since its BP's thread. i cant help thinking abt Yin's action.(her x-bf).its so doubtful. he really loves her, but its like he is forced to leave the company and broke up with her. i hope in the end she doesnt hv to choose between those two tho its most likely to be so...next chapterr please!!!:)

As for BP, the x-bf is very irritating. You really don't know what his feelings are... I also found it doutbful that he loves her. But what's making me a bit unsure is that he didn't really show any emotion... I don't know what he's thinking about her. D:

imo, its obvious that Yin really loves her, BUT(there's always a but here hehe:p), he:
1. loves his career more
OR
2. was forced to leave the company and break up with her for certain reasons which is unknown for its not shown with the lack of hints given.

about the errand boy(whose name i forgot), it'll be sad if he's only using her to get to the top in the story...need more chapters to predict & analyse things up!;)

Hehe, new chapter is out!!!

Yeah, in the beginning I thought he is only using her for his career. But when they broke up he seems to still care for her. So I got to the same conclusion as aisuzieya. He must love her to some degree.

I don't think the errand boy is using her for his career. He seems to be a very honest person. I think he truely likes our heroine.

In this chapter I love her determentation to lead her own company. Too bad no one believes and supports her (yet).

I hope she ends up with Yin for some reason though.

However, I like Yin while I hate Shou.

Oh! And although the moments in this manga are epic cliche, I'm enjoying them for some odd reason. :O

Well, it's irregular, I believe. Most shoujo mangas are like this... there was a couple months gap between releases last time I think...

The translation's ongoing though... I don't think it's fully stopped. It's just really slow... but I'm grateful it hasn't been abandoned. What would break my heart is if they stopped translating it...

Yeah, action is missing!
On the other hand I think the pace is alright. Though if we need to wait more than a month for a chapter to release, it appears to be slow. I also prefer to have lots of chapters, then I can read it in one go.
Yep, Yin sure has lots of secrets! Can't wait to find out what he hides:P

It's a given that the dad didn't commit suicide imo. A man who spoke so teasingly and joyfully to his daughter and promised to come home before he hung up couldn't have committed suicide.

The opposing company that Yin recently contracted with has something to do with his death imo.

Ais's guess is very good though... but if you look at the brief introduction to his personality in the beginning, I don't think he could've killed Yin's dad. Then again, my entire theory is based of that one little scene and a lot of lies could be hidden. >.>

The recent chapters should have cleared things up. The one kissing Tien wasn't Yin. It's a friend of Tien who has a hidden crush on him :D

Speaking about the latest chapter (11):
Doesn't it seem that things are going to smoothly for her? I mean, getting the guy... whateverhisnameis, to agree to give a concert and then gathering a large crowd that immediately becomes a fan seems a little too lucky. Plus, wasn't it too convenient to have the media be practically next door and then catching their attention?

I don't like where the situation is going. There is still the problem of the tortured ex-boyfriend who is still obsessed with her but doesn't admit it. Why do men always have a tragic past?

i started this manga a while back and it's still not finished and it seems like forever in between releases, it's been interesting so far, one thing i'd like to note is that i really like the artwork in this manga, Bai-Yao is always drawn good in it.
